Eligibility for services

Services are intended for adult professionals, executives, and board members seeking director-level training and business coaching. Use for unlawful purposes is prohibited. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any industry-specific qualifications required to apply insights from training.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not provide personal information or sign up for our services.

You agree to use services lawfully and not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. airelyxity may suspend access for conduct that violates these rules.

Some services or materials may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws when accessing and using our services from Thailand or other locations.

Account obligations

To access certain services, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity occurring under your account.

Provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or billing details.

Keep your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity verification for sensitive requests.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not assign or sublicense your rights under these terms without prior consent.

Services provided

airelyxity offers director training, executive coaching, workshops, and related educational materials. Descriptions of services on the site form part of these terms. Delivery may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid depending on the offering.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We will provide notice of material changes when practicable. Adjustments to curricula or schedules do not constitute breaches if reasonable notice is provided.

Service availability may be affected by scheduling, facilitator availability, venue access, or technical factors. airelyxity will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver scheduled sessions as published.

Participant rules and conduct

To maintain a professional learning environment, participants must follow rules of conduct. Facilitators may remove or exclude individuals whose behavior disrupts sessions or poses safety risks.

• Attend scheduled sessions on time and prepared.
• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with professional respect.
• Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or violent language or behavior.
• Comply with venue rules and any safety instructions for in-person events.
• Use provided materials for personal professional development and not for unauthorized redistribution.
• Follow policies for recording sessions; recording may be restricted.
• Notify organizers in advance of cancellations where possible to allow rescheduling or replacement.

Participant-provided content

You may provide materials, case studies, or other content for use in training sessions. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your submitted content unless otherwise agreed. airelyxity may request a license to use content for training or promotional purposes; such uses will be specified in writing.

By submitting content you grant airelyxity a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of delivering training and improving services.

You are responsible for ensuring submitted content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for professional audiences. airelyxity is not responsible for user-generated content and may remove inappropriate submissions.

Requests to remove user-provided materials will be reviewed. airelyxity may retain anonymized or aggregated derivatives of removed materials for internal analysis.

Intellectual property

All materials provided by airelyxity, including course content, presentations, templates, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce or distribute course materials without written permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or attempt to reverse-engineer training modules.
• Licensed materials provided for personal development may not be used for commercial training or resale without agreement.

Paid services

Certain offerings such as executive coaching packages, certification workshops, and bespoke corporate programs are paid services. Fees, payment schedules, and any included materials are specified in the purchase agreement.

Pricing is published on the site or provided in quotes. Prices are denominated in the indicated currency and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments can be made by approved methods listed at checkout. Access to paid services may be conditional upon receipt of full payment or applicable deposits.

Recurring or subscription-based services will be described with frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures. You may cancel subscriptions as specified in the service agreement.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the refund policy communicated at purchase. Refund requests will be processed according to the stated policy and applicable consumer protections.

Cancellations should be made in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at booking. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows as outlined in the service agreement.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from purchases, where applicable. airelyxity will collect taxes when required by law and will display applicable taxes at checkout.

We may update prices for future sessions or materials. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to services and recovery actions for outstanding balances.

Disclaimer

Training and coaching materials are provided for informational and professional development purposes. Results from applying training concepts vary by individual and organizational context. Participants are responsible for decisions made based on course materials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, airelyxity's liability for direct damages arising from use of services is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Third-party providers

We may work with third-party providers for venue, technology, or content delivery. Such providers are independent, and airelyxity is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Use of third-party tools may be subject to separate terms.

Termination of services

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice and conditions set out in the applicable purchase terms. Termination does not relieve obligations accrued prior to termination.

Upon termination, access to materials and sessions will cease. Any outstanding fees remain payable. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Privacy and data protection

Communications and notices

Notices under these terms may be sent by email or postal mail to the contact details provided. Electronic communications are deemed received on successful transmission unless a delivery failure notice is received.

Changes to terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified in advance where possible. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution section below and the relevant jurisdictional rules.

Dispute resolution

Parties should first seek to resolve disputes by mutual consultation. Where resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Thailand or to alternative dispute resolution if both parties agree.
